What you’ll achieve
As an IT Technician, you will install and maintain hardware and software systems and support smaller user groups, providing positive customer experience with each interaction.

You will:

• Be responsible for installation and maintenance of routine hardware/software systems and supporting smaller user groups

• Support simple hardware/software applications

• Assist with maintenance of local area network server systems

• Follow instructions to implement ways to optimize PC hardware resources to achieve business objectives

Essential Requirements

• Advanced English

• Basic troubleshooting skills

• Basic understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques and tools

• Good customer service skills

Desirable Requirements

• Entry-level knowledge of LAN server systems

Salary starting from: 1 350 EUR gross monthly
