IT Internship - IT Software Asset Management

What you’ll achieve

Dell Digital’s in-house IT Asset Management organization is responsible for the consolidation of the Company’s software contract, purchase, inventory and usage data to service the financial, governance and cybersecurity decision-making teams and processes throughout the software lifecycle.

The IT Asset Management team is a unique cross-functional organization and you will utilize technologies and business knowhow to continuously find new ways to improve the way IT operates and make better data-driven decisions about our infrastructure.

You will develop software asset management and licensing skills, an understanding of IT operations through your cross-team collaboration, and the subject matter leadership to guide your IT colleagues on SAM best practices.

You will:  

• Manage group mailboxes answering Software Asset Management questions, fulfilling license requests and 1st level incident support. 

• Execute daily ServiceNow license request fulfilment processes covered under enterprise agreements.

• Basic/limited support of other SAM initiatives and activities.

Essential Requirements   

• Studying an Information Technology related field

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Advanced skills in MS Excel

Desirable Requirements   

• Experience of Software Asset Management an advantage

• IT operations experience

Hourly pay is 6.60 EUR Gross
