We are looking for you to join our Legal Team covering Central Eastern Europe,Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The legal support you will provide will regionally focus on German speaking countries. However, you will work for other countries too, as well as in regional and global strategic projects. It doesn’t harm to be interested in broadening your outreach and skills to go over and beyond.

What you’ll achieve
You will be part of a team of lawyers focusing on supporting all sales segments, covering both contracts-related support for high-value deals including negotiations with customers as well as legal counseling. You will be working in a very diverse and energetic team who share a passion to provide world-class legal support to their clients. Your core team will be in Germany and neighboring countries but expect to be part of a regional and even global Dell team that collaborates closely to solve whatever issue is at hand. Innovation is at the core of what we strive for thus we are looking for you to bring fresh and new ideas to the team in order to enable us to provide best in class service to our clients and ultimately Dell Technologies and constantly improve the way we operate.
You will:

• Pragmatically manage risk and opportunity through legal and commercial expertise.
• Support contractual, regulatory and compliance matters and dispute resolution – from ad-hoc questions to project management of multinational complex transactions.
• Deal with uncertainty and make decisions.
• Translate legal concepts to enable meaningful business decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders in all cultures including in Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, Insurance, Privacy, and IT Security groups.

Essential Requirements

• Fluent proficiency of German and English.
• Law degree and 0-5 years of experience.
• Passion for technology.
• Work proactively, continuous learning mindset, good communication skills and strong team player.
• Ability to assess and deal with commercial and personal pressure and fulfill duties and deadlines, balancing commercial demands and good corporate/legal governance.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge in IT and data law.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in the IT sector.
• Experience with multi-cultural teams.

Salary in Slovakia starting from: 2 850 EUR/month gross
