IT Technical Program Manager

Join us as a IT Technical Program Manager​Senior Advisor on our Information Technology team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. Specifically this position would be on the Account Insights and Relationship Management Product team building and designing our data management solutions for our commercial and enterprise customer data sets.

What you’ll achieve
As an IT Program Management Senior Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects, from design to delivery.

You will:

• Manage multiple projects, typically in a single functional area, or one moderately complex project

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and application reliability management

• Provide performance feedback to key project team members

• Work under the guidance of IT senior managers and senior project managers

• Partner extensively with internal customers (i.e. product managers, project managers, etc.) and external interlocks with other IT teams

• Articulate the technology, use cases, goals, and milestones for your team

• Collaborate with engineering and product management to define roadmap and long-term strategy for your team’s domain

Essential Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of related experience

• Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members

• Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the platform, tools, products, and the technical landscape. Exemplary verbal and written communication

• Brings strong interpersonal skills to assess business impact, prioritize initiatives, and drive accountability

• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders successfully without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams across geographies. Wining as a team mentality

Desirable Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum and Kanban)

• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems

Salary starting from: 2 700 EUR gross monthly
