Retail Readiness Senior Analyst

A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and distributing the Retail Plan of Record (POR) that is used for planning product assortment & changes within the retail life-cycles. 

 You will:

• Interact with cross functional teams and stakeholders to manage pre-cycle activities to proactively resolve any data discrepancies prior to cycle launch

• Input & create unique configurations into the POR tool and manage approvals as needed to facilitate the retail readiness process. Maintain data daily, used to create POR reporting of trends & cycle opportunities

• Respond to inquiries regarding the POR from cross-functional partners in a timely fashion.  Share information with appropriate owners as needed. Continually evaluate retail planning processes, whether related to POR or the broader team, and look for areas of potential improvement

• Manage the readiness process for FGA (Finished Goods Assembly), configuration label and order code creation and getting retail orders through all steps needed to begin order entry. Notify and escalate when cycle times are not met

• Build effective relationships and act as the single point of contact for all Stakeholders and internal customers regarding readiness process

• Excellent communications skills and capability to work under stress with calmness and composure

• Ability to build effective business relationships and to work collaboratively and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

Desirable Requirements

• Communication skills in German, both written & spoken

• Experience working with sales and external customers or in support of different business units and geographies

Salary starting from : 1500 €/monthly gross
