What you’ll achieve
The role of Demand Planning Consultant on the Global CSG Transformation analytics team is to create, maintain, and drive adoption of transformational predictive analytics tools that support E2E CSG planning signal integrity & the right level of detail to influence critical decisions or outcomes for the business.  This includes innovative projects spanning all regions and lines of business.

You will:

• Creation of tools/dashboards in various environments built on robust, automated data structures

• Act as team lead, helping with workload management, staffing, strategy, and mentoring team members

• Executive level written, presentation and verbal communication of analysis and recommendations

• Develop strong stakeholder network within Dell to expand the interlock with other customer commitments

Essential Requirements

• Experience in problem solving, data visualization, advanced analytics, strong excel knowledge, PowerBI, database theory and structure

• 12+ years applicable experience

• End-to-end thinking skills

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Flexibility / adaptability to a changing environment

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor degree (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Finance or applicable field) and 12+ years of applicable experience

• Python, R, Javascript, Ruby, SQL & procedural SQL, Teradata, Tableau, Power BI

Salary starting from: 3300 EUR gross monthly
