What you’ll achieve

The Global eComm Marketplace Senior Advisor will support efforts to build out a central marketplace GTM strategy.  This opportunity will showcase your ability to evaluate business challenges, develop integrated plans, and bring them to market to positively impact our customer journey, business sales and profitability.  This role is part of a strategic organization which will redefine how customers purchase computers, electronics and accessories online.

You will:

• Use market research, customer feedback, and develop insights to build out and substantiate business cases for our global marketplace business

• Support a regional specific marketplace strategy as part of our global digital channel business; be the regional SME for our omnichannel strategy to ensure harmony across all online channels

• Conduct analysis to drive business understanding of our performance and advise on our GTM approach; drill down into marketing channels and site performance metrics to explain variances to business

• Build out analyses to support investment recommendations in programs that align to business priorities.  Evaluate ROIs for all programs with the support from a finance partner.

• Use data and standard methodology to track program performance, provide in-depth analysis, highlight insights to continuously improve program results throughout quarter/year

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising or other relevant online or marketing experience; or 3+ years of post MBA eCommerce work

• Proficiency in using Microsoft tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics

• Has exceptional attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce Marketplace administrative tools preferred (e.g. Amazon Marketing Services)

• Experience in B2C technology environment preferred, with E-Commerce marketplace

Salary starting from: 2700 EUR gross monthly
