What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.

You will:

• Analyze and define business needs and assists in developing appropriate solutions

• Activities include evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements and translation into proper solution specifications

• Formulate and define scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and business processes

• Understand the business implications of solutions, and assists in defining the solutions to support any future business requirements as well as provide analytical support to a business unit, segment or function

• Develop, run and prepare various statistical analyses based on data

Essential Requirements​

• Verbal and written communication skills in English and German

• Advanced organizing, planning, and analytical skill set

• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives with cross functional teams

• Bachelors degree is required

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel skills is must; Data analysis and presentation skills are a plus

Salary starting from: 1085€/monthly gross
