What you’ll achieve
As a Talent Attraction Marketing Lead for EMEA, you will be part of a Global Marketing team. You will create and implement engaging and measurable recruitment marketing campaigns to hire our future team members, with a focus on professional hires and highly skilled, technical talent. Reporting to the Director of TA Marketing, the ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven and resourceful go-getter who can easily adapt to changing quarterly hiring demands. Success in this role is rooted in the ability to understand our target audiences and translate key initiatives into crisp action plans using the right messaging, creative and media mix. Excellent project and time management, combined strong influencing skills and a high level of creativity, are very important.
You will:
Create our Talent Attraction strategy for key job openings in the region, including media planning, creative content development, and social media posts.
Together with internal organizations (University Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Communications, Brand Marketing) and 3rd party vendors, you will deliver world-class visual content and impactful talent attraction programs with a focus on authentic storytelling
Monitor and track your campaigns and media efficiency using owned insights and social listening tools to benchmark performance and follow market trends
Influence executive stakeholders and share your marketing expertise in support of their hiring needs, provide guidance to recruiters on new attraction methods
Be responsible for annual paid media budget planning with monthly/quarterly reviews of key campaign metrics to support your decisions on long term marketing media mix enhancements

Essential Requirements
8+ years of experience in a related role (Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, Brand Marketing, Marketing Campaign Manager, Advertising)
Experience in media buying and campaign management
Passion for content creation and storytelling with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Social media expertise including content and community management and data analytics
Understanding of key digital marketing tools and their use in recruitment marketing
Desirable Requirements
Work experience in a large, complex or global environment with multiple brands and brand complexity is a plus
Degree in marketing, communications, or advertising
Salary starting from: 2500 EUR gross monthly
