What you’ll achieve

As a Privacy Investigations Lead, you will be part of the Global Dell Privacy Center of Excellence. The Privacy Investigations Lead manage privacy requests and investigations from customers from all over the world.

You will:

• Respond to investigation request by running analysis across a wide range of systems data

• Proactively involve cross-functional teams when appropriate to determine root cause and corrective actions

• Provide complete and accurate findings regarding complaint investigation, including the conclusion and any corrective actions taken

• Communicate findings to management in concise summary formats

• Proactively identify trends and provide recommendations on improving customer experience

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

• Support team managing investigation and suppression intake mailbox

• Understand data flows, how the data is utilized and use that knowledge to support the integrity of the Privacy Governance program

Essential Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in CRM, Privacy, Investigation or Compliance environments

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in data analytics

• Strong technical aptitude – SQL, data transfer methods, Python & advanced MS Excel

• Must be able to discern the criticality of issues and present findings

• Demonstrates curiosity for learning, organized and a mind for paying attention to details

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal presentations

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with project management

• Data Privacy formal education or certification (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT)

• Experience championing process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing

Salary starting from: 2 100 EUR gross monthly
