The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

You will:

• Hiring for high volume positions such as Customer Care, Sales, Order Processing or Technical Support

• Ability to lead candidates and hiring managers through processes are key to success

• Phone screening and interviewing of external/internal candidates

• Active participation on job fairs and other external events

• Project ownership connected to TA (e.g. internal opportunities newsletter, referrals etc.)

Essential Requirements:

• Basic experience within HR and/or Talent Acquisition

• Basic screening & interviewing skills

• Great communication skills

• Drive for results

• Fluent German and English (written & spoken)

Salary starting from:  1300 euro Gross/month
