Join us as Data analyst in our Data & Platform Management team in Bratislava or remote.

What you'll achieve

You'll work within a global Data & Platform Management team with focus on support and development of Customer Engagement platform. Gather data quality and requirements cross-region & cross-segment, analyze and define business needs and assist in developing appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analyst for a set of critical Customer Engagement Platform datasets
Identify quality & compliance gaps, formulate solutions, implement required configuration changes, Analysis / Validations of new functionality releases / bug fixes
Work with business users to define and analyze problems and manage to resolution - provide technical details to IT team to deliver the fix and follow up with communication
Data Literacy – deep understanding of data in Data Lake - Act as subject-matter expert on data and business processes
Work closely with program managers in meeting their data needs and understanding the data requirements

Essential Requirements

4+ years of proven experience in data analytics - excellent knowledge of SQL
Analytical & Critical Thinking - keen on in-depth investigation and root cause analysis
Experience in CRM or Customer-related data management
Willingness to learn new tools. These include SAS Marketing Automation platform, waterfall SQL selections-based marketing campaigns, Tableau and Customer Data specialized tools

Desirable Requirements

Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment
Experience analyzing Marketing vehicle or campaign performance, optimizing customer experience, marketing oriented acumen
