GTM operations team play a key support role to our sales business within Dell Technologies and the role is a new Go to Market (GTM) Function under Consumer Small Business (CSB) in Global Business Operations (GBO) Organization.

Cross functional collaboration and development of relationships with business across the organization to enable alignment across the organization is a natural and vital part of the role.


You will:

•Interface with Regional GBO to drive and measure sales performance outcomes down to the sub segment level, in all CSB countries while utilizing data & advanced analytics to provide critical planning and business insights.
•Engage with stakeholders (both internal and external) to identify ways to work towards shared goals and takes initiative to resolve issues; be resourceful, action-oriented, and strive for solutions with an end to end perspective in mind.
•Build relationship with stakeholders such as CFO, GM, regional controllers, sales compensation teams, marketing team, quota setting team and understand and set up new processes that are critical in order to move business forward
•Implement global process and tools to consistently manage daily operations including marketing and sales productivity, reporting, sales compensation and planning and marketing efficiency
•Regional role with global visibility to whole segment


Essential Requirements

•Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in sales operations, financial/ analytical or operations roles in international company (shared service center or center of excellence)
•Advanced MS Excel skills; ability to run models and prepare scenario analyses
•Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusion
•Strong understanding of sales processes, key sales and management reporting tools
•Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different team
