Our role in Premium team is to support our customers with their technical needs. We fix issues related to our customers technology including our Alienware gaming range. An opportunity has arisen to join our team and we are looking for our next colleague.
- You will be responsible for helping our customers. You will need to provide a professional service in accordance with company procedure, using internal tools and consulting with your colleagues
- Provide a service to customers regarding hardware, software and IT issues via telephone and email
- Track your work in the case management software
- Offering the customer options to purchase Dell products, when required
Essential and desirable requirement
- Ability to speak moderate to good Swedish and English
- Team mentality
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage
