Small Business Sales Representative - Switzerland (with German & Italian)

Whether new or regular customers we support them in choosing the right hardware, software and service solutions. Inside Sales is a fast growing and constantly developing department. Responsible for achieving short and long term set targets – Revenue, Margin, Units, RLOB and Solution mix Responsible for hitting monthly/ quarterly set KPIs Serves customers through all vehicles (if present) – Outbound, Inbound and chat Works closely with virtual team – Large Opportunity Representatives, Technical Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Managers to deliver right solution for Small Business customers Effectively and in timely manner drives lead gen process, account plays and marketing sales/marketing ready leads Continuously invests into own Self-development (technical training, soft skills)

• Strong acquisition selling skills
• Drive for results Being passionate by sales & IT
• Dell’s Culture code adoption
• Fluent German and Italian communication skills, written and spoken
