Key responsibilities

• Obtain, identify and qualify the customer call and its needs before we connect the customer to the right department
• Properly identify and qualify the customer calls received and forward them to appropriate departments as needed.
• Responsible for all calls, faxes and letters sent to Call Management Group
• Internal customers: Marketing, Distribution, Technical support, Finance, Customer service
• External customers: Dell customers, Dell provider, Suppliers

Essential and desirable requirement

• Intermediate level of German
• Good communication skills
• Customer focus
• Motivation to grow in corporate environment
