From evaluating sales incentive plans to diagnosing sales force training needs, it’s about improving both the quality and quantity of sales activities. This is a great opportunity to join the Global Sales Compensation organization and take on a Team Leader role within its EMEA Team. It will be highly strategic and will involve working cross functionally, global engagement and regular interaction with senior management.
•Contribute to the leadership of EMEA Sales Compensation Team, ensuring timely and accurate commission payouts based on compensation plans, policies, crediting rules and payout calendars
•Leadership of the virtual Trouble Ticket Team consisting of 7 analysts in Bratislava and Casablanca towards meeting SLA and Customer Experience requirements
•Active participation on the key projects and process improvements initiatives inside and outside of Sales Compensation organization (cross functional project management)
•Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources to complete programs and projects within their time scope
•Engage and manage relationships with leaders in Sales, Finance, Sales Operations as well as be a valued business partner for the key stakeholders and create an environment of collaboration and trust
•7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, 2+ years of managerial/leadership role experience, Sales compensation experience preferred
•Successful track record of project management experience
•Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are required
•Self-starter and proactive, strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, ability to think strategically while also being able to get comfortable with technical details
•Ability to coach and develop individual Team members
•Strong business partnership and oral/written communication skills
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
