Financial Analysis Advisor - EMEA FP&A – META Analyst
Overall purpose of this role is to deliver finance support to META (Middle East, Turkey & Africa) leadership team reporting to EMEA Emerging Markets FP&A Manager supporting META CFO & META Sales Senior Vice President.
•Responsible for the overall planning, monitoring of results, communicating and analyzing of data with focus on identifying opportunities and risks:
•Advise META Leadership team in driving strategic objectives and proactively engage in discussion with focus on maintaining healthy and controlled PnL
•Actively participate in forecasting discussions, offer guidance.
•Build trusted and efficient relationships with META team and all relevant stakeholders
•Proactively influence business decisions using insightful and actionable analytics
•Provide correct, up-to-date and timely financial data to business owners to support efficient and accurate short-term quarterly outlook.
•Suggest and drive improvements of the tools and processes used, interact within FP&A and other finance departments on regular basis and provide direction.
•Ensure accuracy and integrity of key data sources
Essential and desirable requirement
•5+ Years of relevant experience in finance with exposure to P&L. Revenue and Margin experience a plus. Background in forecasting and variance analysis is desirable.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver complex business cases and process improvements
•Ability to link financial and non-financial information together to draw insightful conclusions
•Comfortable dealing with and talking to Senior Management and able to interact efficiently in an international environment.
•Structured approach to the process elements of the role and ability to meet given deadlines
•Very good knowledge of MS Office Programs and the ability to learn new software tools quickly a must.
