You will be responsible for helping our customers in Swedish, Norwegian and Danish speaking markets. In this role you will receive training and have the option to develop your technical abilities.
You will need to provide a professional service in accordance with company procedure, using internal tools and consulting with your colleagues.
• Provide a service to customers regarding hardware, software and IT issues via telephone and email
• Track your work in the case management software
• Engaging necessary support staff to resolve escalations in as short a timeframe as possible
• Attends required technical training sessions
Essential and desirable requirement
• Ability to speak moderate to good Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
• Team mentality
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Additionally, experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage.
