Sales Compensation Planning Senior Manager

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Compensation team, ensuring timely and accurate commission payouts based on compensation plans, policies, crediting rules and payout calendars
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Engage and manage relationships with leaders in Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, etc
  • Apply data analytics
  • Assess and identify processes in need of improvement
  • Troubleshoot comp issues and engage with business owners of upstream/downstream processes to drive corrections and closure
  • Enforce controls where necessary

Essential and desirable requirement

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
  • 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
  • Self-starter and Proactive and strong sense of accountability & ownership
  • Ability to think strategically while also being able to get comfortable with technical details
  • Strong decision making capabilities based on facts & analytics
