Financial Analysis Advisor for Vendor Funding

Kľúčové zodpovednosti

This is a challenging finance role for an ambitious individual with proven ability in dealing with complex cross functional organizations.

The Marcom & Vendor Funding Advisor is responsible for financial operations and compliance of Vendor Funding programs in accordance with the terms and conditions of Vendor Funding agreements and internal VF Policy. This role involves deep understanding of Marcom spend & Vendor Funding financial dependencies. Close interaction and extensive partnering with Vendors, Marketing, FP&A and other Finance functions is critical to efficiently control financials. He/she will be also responsible for assisting the Marcom & Vendor Funding controller in the delivery of outlooks and closing analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Become an expert on selected Vendor Funding programs and spend dependencies
• Manage EMEA operations processes for selected Vendor Funding programs
• Assist the controller with the preparation of outlooks and closing analyses.
• Explain the variations / movements to outlooks.
• Build an effective business partnering with Partner Marketing Team and provide operational and finance guidance through regular communication
• Supporting documentation review to ensure compliance with key terms and conditions of the different funding programs
• Manage the integrity of all data/reporting related to selected Vendor Funding programs (Claims, Accrual, Credit-Notes, Earning, Funding Expiry Deadlines, Quarterly P/L overview, other essential supporting documentation, Outlook ...)
• Close cooperation with Global Operations accounting during the quarter to maintain supporting documentation required to justify accounting entries

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• 4+ years of experience in Finance area
• Ability to manage work with minimal supervision & Controllership experience
• English – fluent in written and verbal form
• MS Excel – extensive skills
• Knowledge of financial Accounting
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
