Transformation Sr. Analyst within Tax Automation team
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation
- Analyze, understand and document the business processes in detail
- Drive and/or participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, optimize, and document processes and/or data flows, creating a Business Requirements Document
- When applicable, document for the configuration of Automation Anywhere by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developers as part of Agile development
- Leverage process improvement experience to streamline and optimize process, with a focus on RPA
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Support development team in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Problem solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and through potential process redesign
- Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to Robotics manager, providing actionable mitigation options
