Business to Business Integration Senior Analyst

The B2B Integration Sr Analyst is responsible for direct integration of Dell's EMEA customers into Dell’s B2B platform and develop Online Business in his specific region/ geography through customer online adoption. The B2B online solutions are offered to Dell’s larger customers across all business verticals within Dell’s EMEA Business Unit and are a key component to our online strategy in the Relationship business to differentiate from our competitors.
This position is entry level for providing a great customer experience through professional management of Online integration projects that are often key and escalated priorities for both our customers and business partners. The role involves working jointly with customers and internal teams (and 3rd Party Integrators as needed) to scope customers Online requests to determine the most effective solution. The B2B integration Analyst develops and executes project plans, including project scope, project kick-off, timeline, testing, production implementation and Key Stakeholder communications. The role requires effective interaction with both our customers' and Dell's senior leadership to regularly present current capabilities and future direction. The candidate must have technical project management experience while effectively working directly with customers. He/she must be adept at handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while working with various support organizations, including Sales, Product Management, Premier Helpdesk, IT, Invoicing and Finance, to deploy these solutions. Above all, the candidate is expected to proactively take ownership of the projects assigned to him and drive for results.
This person will handle starting the enablement of electronic transactions such as punch-out catalogs via the customer’s Dell Premier site (or Buyer Hosted catalog solutions) and electronic purchasing, Premier direct transactions and Global portal transactions
Online integrations/electronicordering/punch-out/online ordering
Customer and business-facing communication skills are required along with emphasis on project analysis, problem-solving, project management, negotiation and organizational skill
Experience with Online integration technical knowledge (cXML, xCBL, OCI, EDI.) is a plus
Experience with ERP systems such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Hubwoo/Perfect Commerce, etc. and Market sites is a plus
Essential and desirable requirement
Knowledge of business technologies, process definition, and escalation management
Experience working with an international client base and with remote and virtual teams is preferred
English communication skills
