Sr. Business Intelligence Specialist - pricing

It’s hard to put a price on driving human progress, but when you’re operating in a competitive business environment, you need innovative pricing strategies. Our Pricing team within Sales Operations is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating these strategies. We conduct research and competitive pricing analysis and monitor the ongoing business environment to ensure Dell maintains a competitive market position.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for global competitive pricing analytics
• Lead redevelopment of current competitive analytics eco-system
• Influence pricing strategy by delivering regular and ad/hoc analysis on our price position
• Manage and maintain OLAP cubes and reports containing key market and Dell internal information
• Develop and maintain web crawlers pulling key market information relevant to pricing
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders globally
• Work with third party data vendors to ensure our data needs are met
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and market trends for consumption by business users
