Voice Capacity Engineer
In this role as Network Voice Capacity Engineer you will monitor, evaluate and recommend actions to optimize voice and data transactions over Dells voice infrastructure and Call Center environments (Cisco, Avaya).
- Provide analysis and forecasting for Avaya based voice systems
- Help Develop and Maintain Global Centralized Capacity Database and dashboards
- Leverage Existing Monitoring Tools and perform Real Time Monitoring
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for High Utilization
- Document anomalies and provide Feedback to Voice Engineering Teams
- Perform Capacity and Trending Analysis and status of Capacity Resolutions
- Perform Capacity Analysis for Business and Engineering Initiatives
Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
Essential Requirements:
Desirable requirements:
- Fluent English
- Solid experience in working with capacity analysis on voice systems
- High level of demonstrable knowledge of Cisco telephony systems (CUCM, CUC)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Masters or Degree in IT or in a related business or suitable relevant experience
- International Exposure
Desirable requirements:
- Previous experience with Avaya or other solutions
- Basic knowledge of SQL
