Technical Support Agent - Out of Warranty - Internship

Within Dell Services, we are looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our remote technical assistance team in Bratislava, as well as providing telephone and email assistance to our European customers as part of the Dell Global Service Desk. Come and join us and you will be:

· Working with the best technologies and solutions
· Processing service requests via e-mail
· Actively supporting the customers
· Using troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
· You will attend required technical training sessions at the beginning and you will be always in touch with the newest technologies
