Key Responsibilities
Direct the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group
Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce of 12-15 team members
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
Report and present business intelligence dashboards and recommendations to senior leadership and executives
Allocate work among team members and provide guidance on a regular basis
Manage projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget, and quality Drive and leads process improvement projects
Analyse data and provide interpretations and various reports for the business

Essential Requirements
Business domain knowledge – business intelligence, business performance reporting, scorecards creation
Knowledge of SQL, overview of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Previous experience with people management
Previous experience with working in international environment with global scope of responsibilities
Ability to effectively build relationships with stakeholders and business partners
