Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, enter and validate orders into Order Management System
- Ensure that all orders are processed according to the customer specification
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of entered data and so the smooth processing of orders
- Closely cooperate with sales department in order to have a sufficient level of information to avoid anomalies in the orders.
- Pro-actively improve the order management processes by highlighting any quality issues or illegal orders
- Quickly and permanently solve any critical situation in terms of customer satisfaction
- Work within the export compliance rules and internal policies

Essential Requirements:
- English and Finish or Russian or German or Polish language - advanced
- Secondary education
- Attention to detail - Data entry experience welcome
- Ability to work on own initiative, action oriented
