Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining road maps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.
Essential and desirable requirement
•Global point of contact for CSB business to facilitate cross teams & countries discussions, Agency & Dell leads meet-up, SOW/contract support
•Global Quarterly Capacity Governance process understanding & optimization
•Weekly Capacity Reconciliation meeting with leaders to review in Quarter capacity, prioritize, discuss key initiatives and progress, and Quarter end final reconciliation
•Communications & escalation of Capacity challenges
•Capacity cost transparency/alignment & pricing standardization for better consistency across countries/segment
•Roll out Governance process globally
•Capacity management: volume control, Quality control, Capacity Planning review & approval, in Quarter usage regular check & prioritization, processes clarification & alignment Facilitate Capacity Exchange: Agency Contract allows Capacity exchange. Capacity can be shared between countries and allocated depending on priorities :
◦Exchange within a single capacity across 2 or more regions
◦Exchange across capacities with 2 or more regions Global support to Countries: facilitate capacity exchange globally and help countries to plan ahead & on time.
•Ability to build and maintain procedures for audience data analysis and extraction
•Experience with (but not limited to) Tableau, SQL, Marketing Automation platforms
•Generate routine and ad hoc reports, graphs, and presentations
•Work closely with program managers in meeting their data needs and understanding the data requirements
•4+ years of proven experience in planning or operational role
•Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment
