Do you have strong experience in finance or financial services that shows impressive business acumen? In Finance, we are looking for a Financial Analysis Advisor for Corporate Finance to join our team in Bratislava and play a key role in the evolution of Dell Technologies as a global company.
Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis leads, co-owns and drives an execution of key finance processes across a combined Dell Technologies company. The team coordinates, communicates and designs processes to better serve internal customers’ needs, while its team members leverage deep finance expertise and analytical mind-set to influence key decision makers across the company. The key responsibilities of Financial Analysis Senior Advisor within this team are:
•Provide recommendations and prepare proposals related to key finance processes design
•Drive continuous improvement with regards to building an infrastructure (models, tools, systems) that enables seamless execution of key finance processes
•Ensure organizational alignment and lead execution of an end-to-end financial process (e.g. Close, Outlook, Planning)
•Influence executive leadership by forming an independent point of view on company financials (Revenue, Margin, Operating expenses, Investments, EBITDA, Cash flow, etc.) considering market performance, macro-economic environment and other external and internal factors
•Coordinate and communicate activities across multiple layers of organizational matrix (Business units, Segments, Functions, etc.)
Essential and desirable requirement
•Master’s Degree (preferably in Economics or Management)
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - proven track record & experience with key financial planning and analysis processes
•Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
•Strong sense of personal accountability, urgency and responsiveness
•Ability to communicate in a timely, clear and concise manner
•Ability to present recommendations to Executive level leadership
