Senior Analyst - A New Position in Global Rebates & Incentives Team

Key responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for maintenance and administration of Channel Rebates and Cloud Solution Providers Programs particularly in terms of their financial accounting & customer reporting implications : understand Programs Terms and Conditions, actuals vs. targets tracking, accrual/finals calculation, accounting accrual templates maintenance, payments processing, accrual adjustments/bridges, cross charges to segments, ad hoc customer issues
Support process improvement projects in the given area of responsibility
Provide financial support to Finance Controllers, Accounting, Sales and Business Controls team
Proactively partner with Marketing Rebates managers and other cross-functional teams to identify and pursue workflow optimization and profitability improvement opportunities across assigned tasks and processes
Drive process enhancements to gain efficiency and customer-experience improvements

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

3-5 years of previous experience in finance or financial services
Project management experience
Strong customer focus and effective communication & command skills
MS Excel proficiency and solid knowledge of other MS Office professional applications (Access, Outlook, PowerPoint,...) and experience with D3 and Novora preferred
Ability to perform day-to-day activities with minimum supervision
