•Obtain, identify and qualify the customer call and its needs before we connect the customer to the right department
•Properly identify and qualify the customer calls received and forward them to appropriate departments as needed.
•Responsible for all calls, faxes and letters sent to Call Management Group
•Internal customers: Marketing, Distribution ,Technical support, Finance, Customer service
•External customers: Dell customers, Dell provider, Suppliers
•Intermediate level of German
•Upper-intermediate level of English
•Good communication skills
•Motivation to grow in corporate environment
