• Install and support both hardware and software components for user group
• Perform preventive maintenance, test and repair of equipment
• Evaluate system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources
• Address and resolve hardware, software and customer issues
• Provide positive customer experience with each customer interaction
• Implement ways to optimize PC hardware resources in achieving business objectives
Essential and desirable requirement
• Advanced English
• Previous experience with HW and SW support of end-users
• Experience with Win 10 administration
• Office application package overview
• Hands on network administration
• Previous experience with server support
• Automation tools development
• Basics of scriptiong
