The Program Leader is accountable for delivering a set of projects focused on Liquidity, Treasury Systems, M&A and Controls.
The Program Leader serves as a go-to person on behalf of Treasury Operations while partnering with Consultants, Senior Managers and Directors in Finance and collaborating across functions outside Finance including IT.
In addition, this person partners with banks to assess opportunities through benchmarking and best practice sharing while identifying projects focused on operational excellence and further use of technology.
This role leads through other Treasury Operations personnel thus plans resource deployment on projects with Regional Treasurers, serves in a project management role and collaborates across regions. As an individual contributor this role also performs operational tasks so a hands-on approach is a must have.
This role provides ongoing consultation and develops processes & tools which facilitate the administration of the Treasury Operations function. May gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for funding plans, working capital, trended future requirements, cash flow forecasts etc.
The person in this role represents Treasury Operations on system related projects, facilitating future state discussions, gathering business requirements, planning and executing testing and training while partnering with IT on system capability deliveries.
