Key Responsibilities:
•Creation of surveys, user research and usability testing, analyzing the data from it and making proposal of changes to make tools user friendly
•Analyzing, reporting and presenting of data
•Cooperation with internal stakeholders to make tools easier for end users
•Designing a sentiment measurement framework for IT services
•Developing and operating an internal customer satisfaction survey engine
•Conducting remote and in person Usability Research on key IT services
•Building out an interactive sentiment dashboard in Tableau

•Experience with surveys and research
•Strong analytical and numerical skills
•Comfort with change and working in emerging areas
•An interest in using measurement and data to solve problems

•Strong communication/presentation skills
•Database & web development (CSS3/HTML5)
•Excel & Powerpoint proficiency
•Visual Design Skills
