Contact strategy (CRM)
•Define contact strategy in respect to customer life cycle. Coordinate multiple functional areas to select right audience and communicate the right message, relevant offers & promotions, define KPI, track performance and keep optimizing the spend.
•Owning CRM budget and being responsible for results
Dell awards management
•Define the most impactful Dell awards
•Purchasing the rights from publishers and manage brief to marcom, online
•Manage the budget
•Identify the key areas in which our Sales team need support
•Define clear roles and responsibilities between Marketing, Sales Training and Sales Ops
•Find innovative ways to help drive the effectiveness of our Sales team
•Look into ‘getting the basics’ right particularly in our management of Lead generation and deployment
Vendor Partner relationship management
•Develop close and mutually beneficial working relationships with representatives of our key Vendor Partners – Intel, Microsoft, Dropbox, AMD, Nvidia etc
•Integrate our partners into our own Marketing, Hype Day and Enablement plans for mutual benefit
•Optimise any available Budget in a way that drives maximum business benefit
•Document all joint activities including clear measurement and evaluation which helps us to secure funding in the future
• Support the wider CSB Marketing team in the development of robust, insightful and useful reporting on business and Marketing campaign performance
•Maintain a deep understanding of the wider business and our key strategies to ensure activity and programmes are aligned to priorities
Essential and desirable requirement
•Experience with campaign management and lead gen activities
•Mix of analytical, creative and strong organizational skills
•Strong, structured Project management skills
•Commercial awareness and understanding
•Strong operational capability. Diligence. Attention to detail. High quality of work output. Strong Team player.
•Ability to effectively motivate and manage agencies
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work well under pressure and to stay calm
