We are looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Advisor to join us in Bratislava and work with our Sales team to accelerate the growth of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for providing Business Intelligence Support to our Commercial Europe, Middle-East and Africa strategy team supporting the Go-To-Market transformation programs across the region. You’ll be looked to as a provider of analytically driven insights and serve as primary point of contact for an Director’s change-the-business initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to work on programs that stretch across EMEA as well as be aligned to a specific country or region supporting implementation. You’ll become intimately familiar with Dell’s customer base, how sales makers are deployed against it, how we collaborate across routes to market (Direct, Channel, etc.) and learn how the business works and decisions are made. You’ll refer to the Director of Sales Transformation Analytics with direct line to senior executives. Specific responsibilities also include:
Develop insights and influence strategic priorities and opportunities
Deliver the right information, to the right stakeholders, at the right time, to inform and drive needed actions / decisions
Find & use data from a variety of systems, fileshares and sharepoints to deliver best of breed custom analytics
Sort and organize the information so we can serve it up to the right stakeholders at the right time
Collaborate with global teams based in North America on implementing global programs
Interact with leaders across the region to identify pain points and calibrate on proposed changes

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

5+ year experience in an similar analytical role
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
Experienced presenter and comfortable working with leaders & executives
Comfortable working with data of all kinds
Ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships and handle multiple tasks
Ability to prioritize requirements from multiple sources whilst setting clear expectations of deliverable to all parties
Financial and Business acumen, combined with good communication skills and attention to detail
