Sales Compensation Specialist – Payroll

Key Responsibilities
•Support of the Global Sales Compensation pay run in terms of creation, execution and closing pay runs
•Create submission files for local payroll departments to enable payout for sales representatives from COINS
•Manage submission for commissions / variable payout and submit these to respective payrolls with regards local law and tax implications
•Manage submission for SPIF / Bonus / Contest, and submit these to respective payrolls with regards local law and tax implications
•Handle OT earnings with the submissions based on country / region
•Manage, negotiate and communicate fiscal year submission deadlines calendars to SCP teams and local payroll departments
•Conduct True Up for sales representatives using adjustments made post terminations
•Manage submission exceptions or adjustments using recoverable or non-recoverable MPAs and log for audit purposes
