Key responsibilities:
•Market analysis: Market trends & opportunities, Top selling configurations from other competitors & Average price points on the market & complementary promotions
•Define and create Server Portfolio: Define Omni-channel portfolio to address direct, partner direct and distribution business, both B2B and Stock & Sell
•Create specific configurations matching top market selling SKUs
•Equalize competitive offers and define pricing that is consistent between EMEA GEOs and all Route to markets, Monthly pricing refresh
•Enable the offers on Dell.com, Gii/Smart Price, Premier Pages, OSC, SPL, DDOS
•Analyze the results and continuously suggest improvements to configurations and pricing strategy
•Promotional roadmap: Create promotional roadmap for direct, partner direct and distribution, both value and broadliners, Execute promotions in all tools and manage sell out promotions for SnS & credit notes
•Communication & Collaboration: Develop the right message to focus on the correct customer segmentation. Building offers that are relevant to the target audience at the right price, Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regional Marketing, Finance, ES, Emea Pricing and distribution / Channel sales teams) to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives

Essential and desirable requirement

Essential Requirements:
•5 year marketing, sales or category management, preferably from within the IT industry and Bachelor or Master degree
•Ability to analyze the competitive market data and asses the opportunities
•Ability to manage time and prioritize among various requests
•Project management
•Good verbal and written communication skills

Desirable requirements:
•Basic grasp of P&L and Financial concepts
•Effective in influencing cross- functional teams
•Ability to translate customer segmentation insights into solutions and experience
