Global Client Planning team in Client Solutions Marketing organization is looking for a strong candidate to own and drive execution of Marcom Spend Purchase Orders (PO) in support to global Marketing Teams and provide Operational support to Finance and planning team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate will be responsible for opening, tracking and receiving of a number of POs for Global Consumer/Small business, Global Commercial and other Global Client Marketing teams.
• Provide support to budget owners in the respective Global teams to ensure timely and accurate execution and participate in any relevant recurring or adhoc meetings
• Provide support to finance team for end of month and end of quarter closing and tracking of spend.
• Run weekly processes (create cases, reconcile with invoices, run through Finance approval , Etc.) to align to established plan
• Insure accuracy and raise any issues
• Utilize all the appropriate tools and resources to insure clear communication with the crossfunctional teams
