Key responsiblities

Principle Voice Tools Engineer will monitor, evaluate and recommend actions to optimize voice and data transactions over Dells voice infrastructure and Avaya Call Center environments.
Provide consultation and leadership of voice optimization projects and initiatives
Work with the business units and telecoms teams to establish long range forecasting of voice capacity growth
Assist the Telecoms teams on projects and initiatives
Help Drive Voice and Contact Center Global Strategy
Train Team Members
Help Develop and Maintain Global Centralized Capacity Database and dashboards
Leverage, maintain and develop Existing Monitoring Tools
Document anomalies and provide Feedback to Voice Engineering Teams
Provide Recommendations for voice technology optimization
