Key Responsibilities

Working often individually as part of a global team, provide strategic planning, innovative solutions and technical knowledge in order to design, implement and support Dell's contact center solution hosted on BT Cloud Contact based on Enghouse CosmoCom software. Take the lead on projects from initiation to completion. Perform detailed requirements gathering, analysis and develop solutions to meet business requirements. Prepare and maintain all documentation, ensuring all is kept up to date from operating procedures, detailed design documents, call flows etc.

Stay abreast of current technologies and consistently make recommendations based on knowledge and research
Interface with global providers to develop, implement and troubleshoot unified communications solutions
Plan and implement complex global unified communications infrastructures
Collaborate with other engineering and architecture groups, readily share information with others, actively seek customer input, and take responsibility for customer situations if necessary
Identify process inefficiencies and develop new policies and procedures if necessary
Work on unusually complex problems and provide innovative solutions
Take part in local/regional/global 24/7 on-call rotation as required
