Business Operations Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities
· Provide timely support to users having application issues
· Support global processes and setups, working as the liaison between users and IT as may be necessary
· Work with global business teams to understand business processes
· Work with IT/project teams where appropriate to coordinate testing and deployment of changes, application improvements, and efficiencies
· Address moderately complex issues within the application
· Support other operational activities within SCG as required
