As a member of the Telecom Provisioning and Expense Operations team, this internship role involves support of the circuit provisioning and expense activities globally, using both our internally developed tools and external Telecom Expense Management vendor tools.
Carry out administrative tasks and provide administrative support for provisioning and telecom expense team
Responsible for submitting Circuit Engagement Requests (CERs) in the xRM internal tool and entering the regular updates received from different teams/carriers
Responsible for submitting circuit orders using third party tool
Active participation on weekly telecom carrier calls

Requirements for the employee
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Fluency in English – verbal/written
Good Microsoft Office skills, good communication, organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work in a dynamic business environment
Knowledge of IT and Network infrastructure and methodology
Customer service skills and experience
