The Social media Designer & Amplifier is responsible for creating Technical and Customer Care support content within a global team and for the amplification of aforementioned contents within Dell France social accounts (Facebook, G+, Pinterest). He/She is expected to be very proactive and creative.
Key responsibilities:
Content creation (visuals, GIFs, videos) within a global virtual team
French accounts animation
Editorial calendar : Translation of global roadmap, identification of FR specific topics, active listening of Dell partners (Microsoft, Intel, McAfee, etc.) as well as of entire IT ecosystem (online media, newsletters, bloggers, etc.) in order to identify non-Dell content useful to Dell communities
Upload & cross-promotion
Ad hoc paid campaigns
Performance analysis (organic and paid)
Platform trends and updates in order to adapt our social support strategy in real-time
Communities growth and content evolution
