Key Responsibilities
Installs and supports both hardware and software components for user group.
Help user in data migration and delivers guidance on the new system.
Knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies and practices of a professional/technical field.
Collects required documentation; verifies conformance of documents with standards.
Works under general direction, seeks assistance as needed.
Contributes to own team/closely related teams through quality and accuracy of own output.
Essential Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Good communication skills
Customer oriented
Good knowledge of Slovak and English languages, both spoken and written
Motivation to learn
Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
