The EMEA CSMB SCP Operation team standardizes and centralizes the Sales Compensation Plans (SCP) calculation for EMEA CSMB countries. As a member of this team, you will be the owner of SCP process for your region, communicating and cooperating with various departments including Finance, Payroll and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate achievements per individuals
• Maintain all parameters updated in the reporting tools
• Effectively interact with Accounting (accruals), Payroll, FP&A and Channel Controllers (analysis, review of individual achievements)
• Become reference for sales and finance partners for any SCP matter in your region
• Perform analysis on SCP to support management understanding and decision making
