Data Insights Advisor – Growth Marketing

What you’ll achieve 

Data Insights Advisor, you will be part of our Global Growth Marketing organization which is spearheading Dell’s Digital Transformation by driving innovation in the way we deliver advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology that can help us better serve the needs of our customer, optimize our customer experience, marketing touchpoints and optimize our business outcomes. 

This position will merge data science, data engineering and AI/ML to help teams transform data into actionable insights and actions at scale. The candidate will use technical knowledge and industry expertise to formulate product strategies and identify how to accelerate our embedded Data Scientists to deliver better models that can integrate seamlessly with our global processes. 

This role will contribute to deliver a world class Growth Marketing Engine that will enable our Sales and Marketing teams to work at full velocity to meet our customer’s needs. 

You will: 

• Lead the advancement of applied data science techniques, by supporting our Data Science teams with a direct connection to current customer and business opportunities. 

• Define and build the data science and hypothesis roadmap that will uncover new insights and opportunities that will maximize our execution toward our customers. 

• Work with internal stakeholders and users to validate business and user needs, translating data science insights into actionable actions that address our customers top growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements  

• Degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering.

• More than 5 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or more than 3 years with a Master’s degree. 

• Self-directed and ability to build products that drive tangible user outcomes in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong and demonstrable external client facing skills specifically in the areas of communication, issue and escalation management, with demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional decision making for highly technical solutions.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with cloud-native, modern devops, data engineering and data science technologies, such as concurrent data processing (e.g. Spark), data streaming (e.g. Kafka), extract/transform/load processes, natural language processing (e.g. NLTK, spaCy), deep learning (Keras, Tensorflow), container-based technologies (e.g. docker, kubernetes)

Salary starting from: 2 600 Euro/gross monthly
