IT Technical Specialist Intern

Join us as an IT Intern on our team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

The team is in charge of break-fix hardware and software as well as fulfill users' needs as new PCs for new hires, or for refreshing.

They manage as well peripheral orders, and they are part of different projects yearly as local resources.

You will:

• Perform tasks of varying complexity, requiring judgement with limited direct supervision  
• Provides ongoing support of the standard hardware/software needs of the company
• Operates, monitors and performs moderately complex troubleshooting of equipment, networks, and data processing
• Work on overflow tasks from various groups within the company  
• Participate in special projects as needed

Essential Requirements

• Study in technical field
• English is a must for all our roles
• Understanding of IT systems
• Knowledge on Microsoft operating systems and applications suits
• Good communications skills

What’s next?

• 1st step: phone screening with HR Consultant
• 2nd step: online interviews with managers
• 3rd step: feedback and/or offer communication

Hourly salary: starting from 6,60 EUR gross
