What you’ll achieve
As a Small Business Demand Generation Representative for Switzerland, you will be responsible for supporting clients by providing Dell’s solutions while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. The Demand Generation Representative will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other members of the sales team.

You will: 

• Uncover new business opportunities by engaging, building and maintaining relationships with customers.

• Achieve sales targets by closing deals and converting customer leads.

• Collaborate with wide Sales support functions to deliver best-in-class customer experience.

• Attend trainings, meetings, and other industry events to gain deep knowledge of products and services; keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

• Master's degree in Business.

• Experience in sales or customer communication.

• German language on C1 level, English is nice to have.

• Results-driven and strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Requirements

• Affinity for IT industry.

Salary starting from: 1300 EUR gross fix pay + 560 EUR gross variable pay

Average monthly gross earnings 1840 EUR. The variable pay is fully paid for the first 3 months. There are other parts of the salary package which are not noted here, but will be discussed during the hiring process.

Salary split: 70/30.
